Job summary

Interim HealthCare is seeking a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) to provide one-to-one care in Johnstown, with coverage in Richland or Westmont. You will be called to care as needed, supporting a full range of patient services in the home setting.

This back-up CNA role requires availability to work four days per week as needed, with a valid driver’s license and ability to commute up to a 40 minute radius around Johnstown.

Qualifications

• One year of verifiable health aide/healthcare experience.
• CNA or STNA or Home Health Aide certificate preferred.
• Attention to detail; able to follow instructions and document notes regarding a patient's condition.
• Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct patient care and assistance in accordance with the plan of care.
• Obtaining vital signs and other measurements as directed and documents findings.
• Aiding with activities of daily living (i.e., bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, skin care).
• Recognizing and reporting abnormal findings or changes in patient status.

As a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) in one-to-one care, you will be called to care when you're needed most. As part of Interim HealthCare, you'll support a full range of patient services to bring comfort and dignity to our clients.

This role will serve as a back-up support during times of employee call-offs. Must have availability to work 4 days out of the week, as needed. Ideal candidates will need to have high skill sets with active driver's license and ability to commute up to a 40 minute radius around the Johnstown area.
