Job summary

Mytcp is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide personal care to veterans in Minneapolis and surrounding areas. This role requires traveling to multiple veteran homes within a 35-mile radius and delivering compassionate assistance with bathing, mobility, and daily activities.

The position offers part-time and per diem scheduling with the potential to earn sign-on and performance bonuses up to $2,000, reflecting the specialized care for veteran clients.

Qualifications

• CNA certification or prior HHA/caregiver experience.
• Driver’s license, vehicle, and valid insurance.
• Empathy, dependability, and respect for Veterans.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate personal care, mobility support, and bathing assistance.
• Visit multiple Veteran clients daily to provide individualized attention.
• Communicate regularly with your care team and document your visits.
• Travel independently to homes within a 35-mile radius.
• Foster trust, dignity, and independence in every client interaction.
