Job summary

Mytcp in Arden Hills, MN is seeking a CNA – Mobile Veteran Care Partner to provide compassionate in-home care to Veterans. You will perform personal care, mobility support, and bathing assistance, visiting multiple clients daily within a 35-mile radius.

Part-time / per diem role with travel and per-visit pay plus sign-on and performance bonuses. Driver's license and a CNA certification required; you will document visits and coordinate with the care team to support veterans' independence and

Qualifications

• CNA certification required.
• Prior HHA/caregiver experience acceptable.
• Driver’s license, vehicle, and valid insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate personal care, mobility support, and bathing assistance.
• Visit multiple Veteran clients daily to provide individualized attention.
• Communicate regularly with your care team and document your visits.
• Travel independently to homes within a 35‑mile radius.
