Job summary

Mytcp in Saint Anthony, MN is looking for a dedicated CNA to join our in-home veteran care team. This role focuses on compassionate personal care, mobility support, and bathing assistance delivered in clients' homes.

The position offers part-time or per diem scheduling, travel up to 35 miles, and a pay structure of $20–$22 per hour plus $32–$34 per visit, with sign-on and performance bonuses up to $2,000.

Qualifications

• CNA certification or prior HHA/caregiver experience.
• Experience delivering care to multiple clients daily.
• Driver’s license, vehicle, and valid insurance.
• Empathy, dependability, and respect for Veterans.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate personal care, mobility support, and bathing assistance.
• Visit multiple Veteran clients daily to provide individualized attention.
• Communicate regularly with your care team and document your visits.
• Travel independently to homes within a 35-mile radius.
• Foster trust, dignity, and independence in every client interaction.
