American Senior Communities – Washington Healthcare Center in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Memory Care Activity Assistant (CNA) for a full-time day shift. You will enrich residents' lives through warmth, patience, and meaningful engagement in a compassionate setting.

Work closely with the care team to support residents with Alzheimer’s and memory-related needs, providing age-appropriate activities and person-centered care that helps residents feel seen, heard, and valued every day.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates CARE values: Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, Excellence.
• High school diploma or GED; or related experience/training.
• Successful completion of State-approved CNA training or CNA certification.

Responsibilities

• Engage residents with age-appropriate activities and meaningful interactions.
• Collaborate with the care team to support residents holistically.
• Balance daily schedules and prepare activities to fit cognitive and physical abilities.
