Benchmark Senior Living in Ridgefield, CT is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our warm, home-like community. As a CNA, you will provide direct resident care, assist with activities of daily living, monitor health, and communicate changes to the care team during the 3pm–11pm shift.

This part-time 2nd shift opportunity offers meaningful work, with ongoing training, potential benefits, and a supportive team dedicated to dignity and comfort for residents.

Formación

• Must hold a valid CNA/HHA/LNA license or be eligible for licensure.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Document care provided and report changes in health or behavior to staff.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
• Utilize customer service skills to ensure residents receive compassionate care.
• Perform additional duties as needed.

We are looking for a compassionate CNA to join our team! As a Certified Nursing Assistant, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

Part-Time 2nd Shift 3p - 11p

CNA Duties & Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
