Job summary

Ovation by Avamere in Washington, UT is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to provide routine daily care in a memory care/assisted living setting. You will assist with ADLs, monitor health, and offer companionship in a resident-centered environment.

The role includes Eve and NOC shifts, with part-time and full-time options, and requires CPR/First Aid certification and active CNA credentials.

Qualifications

• CNA certification in the state of employment is required.
• Experience with memory care or assisted living is preferred.
• Ability to document care using EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to nurses.
• Assist with ADLs and mobility; ensure safety during transfers.
• Support dining activities and monitor intake.
• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care and companionship.
• Document observations and contribute to care plans.
