Qualifications

Rhode Island licenses as a medication aide and nursing assistant are required.
At least one year of experience is required.
Ability to walk, stand, sit and bend intermittently.
Must be able to lift in excess of 50 pounds.
Maintain current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

Administer medications to residents as ordered and document accordingly.
Complete daily communication sheets for each shift.
Review medication sheets and physician orders for accuracy.
Follow resident service plans and report updates to supervisors.
Maintain resident records and complete incident reports as needed.
Support residents' participation in activities and ensure safety and well-being.
