Northern Nevada Medical Center in Sparks, NV is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant for the Medical/Telemetry Unit. This full-time role supports safe, patient-centered care and collaboration with the healthcare team in a 124-bed acute care hospital.

As a CNA, you will perform bedside care, participate in daily shift reports, and help address patient and family psychosocial needs while maintaining Service Excellence standards. Nevada CNA licensure and BLS are required.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited CNA program preferred.
• Current Nevada CNA license required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Prefer one year full-time or three years part-time experience in acute care setting.

Responsabilidades

• Completes bedside shift report in the room at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Meets with supervising RN at the beginning of each shift to receive delegation of tasks.
• Involves the patient and family in psychosocial, spiritual, emotional, and diversity needs in care.
