Ann’s Choice by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents with daily living and person-centered care, ensuring comfort, dignity and safety.

Shifts vary with 8‑hour options (7a-3p, 3p-11p, 11p-7a); positions available PRN, part-time and full-time. Compensation ranges from $20 to $27 per hour with shift differentials, plus benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 1 year of CNA/GNA experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification is preferred.
• Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Supporting residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Assisting residents in activities of daily living.
• Implementing residents' personal care plans, focusing on preferences and routines while providing comfort and companionship.
• Providing assistance with resident activities and programs.
• Collaborating with the clinical team to address residents' needs in a timely manner.

Location: Ann's Choice by Erickson Senior Living

Join our team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Our CNAs support our residents in all aspects of daily living, providing person-centered care to ensure we meet all of our resident’s needs.

Compensation

From $20-$27/hr, including shift differentials and Med Tech. We train qualified and interested in CNAs for Med Tech!! Non- Med Tech roles also available.

Schedule

Various offered, including PRN, part-time and full-time. We work on 8 hour shifts: 7a-3p, 3p-11p, 11p-7a. Inquire what is open within!

How you will make an impact

• Supporting the resident’s physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs
• Assisting residents in activities of daily living
• Implementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and preferred routines while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging
• Providing assistance with resident activities and resident programs
• Working with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matter

What you will need
