Job summary

Transforming Age, on-site at Fred Lind Manor in Seattle, WA, seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant/Medication Tech to support residents with daily living activities and medication administration. Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, documenting resident status, and ensuring safety and quality of care while fostering engaging activities for residents.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current CNA/NAR/HCA license in good standing.
• Must have current CPR/First Aid certification.
• Must be able to read/write/speak sufficiently in English to perform responsibilities.
• Completion of background check, drug test, and may require fingerprint, TB test as required by state/local guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Read, understand, and follow residents’ ADL directives.
• Make accurate chart notes daily and report changes to supervisor.
• Assist residents with toileting, oral hygiene, bathing, grooming, nail care, and dressing.
• Assist in serving meals, leading and attending activities.
• Maintain schedules and assist residents with activities and safety.
• Record vital signs as needed and assist in transfers/ambulation.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable resident environment.
