Job summary

Westminster Communities of Florida is hiring a CNA/Med Tech for the full-time overnight shift in our assisted living facility. You will assist residents with daily living activities, monitor health, and support infection control measures in a dynamic healthcare setting.

Qualifications include Florida CNA certification, CPR, and Med Tech certification, with a preference for at least 6 months of relevant experience working with older adults.

Qualifications

• Must be a Florida-certified nurse's aide (CNA).
• CPR and Med Tech Certification required.
• Experience in healthcare with older adults preferred (min 6 months).

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, transfers, ambulation, toileting).
• Ensure beds are made, trash removed, meals served, and high hygiene in rooms.
• Take vital signs and report changes to the nurse.
• Follow infection prevention and control measures per regulations.
• Document accurately in CNA ECS flow-sheet.
• Conduct routine rounds and ensure safety equipment is functional.
• Provide timely incontinence care and reposition residents to prevent skin issues.
• Assist Activities Department with resident activities.
