Job summary

Mirabella Seattle, part of Pacific Retirement Services, is a not-for-profit continuing care retirement community located in downtown Seattle. We seek a CNA/Med Tech to support Memory Care residents in our memory support unit, providing compassionate care and assisting with medication administration.

The leadership team offers learning and development, mentorship, and potential promotion opportunities. PRN/on-call staff enjoy valuable benefits and an inclusive, resident-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed CNA (NAC in WA State).
• Must have Nurse Delegation training certificate.
• Prior experience Passing Meds and managing medication cart is required.
• Prior memory care or senior living experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support Memory Care residents in the memory support unit.
• Assist with medication administration and med cart management.
• Collaborate with leadership on learning, mentorship, and development opportunities.

Overview

CNA/Med Tech (Assisted Living and Memory Care)

Schedule: Part-Time

Wage Range: $22.50 - $25.00 /hr DOE

Mirabella Seattle, a part of Pacific Retirement Services, is a beautiful not-for-profit Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) located in the heart of downtown Seattle. We have a 46 bed SNF (5 star rated). Outside of our SNF and AL floors, Mirabella is home to more than 290 IL residents who enjoy a high-end resort style living experience.

Our CNA/Medication Technician's will support our Memory Care residents in our memory support unit. We know the impact Alzheimer’s and other memory-impairing diseases can have on families. You'll help us support our specialized Memory Support Program which combines specially trained staff, adaptive programs, and purposeful physical space to enable residents and their families to find joy and meaning each day.

About You

• Must be a licensed CNA (NAC in WA State).


• Must have Nurse Delegation training certificate.


• Prior experience Passing Meds and managing medication cart is required.


• Prior experience in memory care or senior living is a plus but not required!


• Mirabella Seattle will sponsor dementia certification after you are hired.
