Job summary

Bridgewater Retirement Community is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to be the heart of the care we provide. Our CNAs support residents with daily living activities and engage meaningfully across campus, delivering high-quality, person-centered care.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Active CNA certification in Virginia (or eligibility to transfer certification from another state)
• Prior experience in senior living, skilled nursing, or healthcare (preferred but not required)
• Flexibility, a positive attitude, and strong teamwork skills
• A true passion for caring for older adults in a nonprofit, mission-driven setting
• Must be 16 years of age or older to work in Nursing Households and 18 years or older to work in Assisted Living/Memory Support.
