Wellspring Lutheran Services in Saginaw is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for our Assisted Living and Personal Care teams. This full-time role supports residents with daily living activities, mobility, and meaningful connections, with dementia care experience valued.

You will assist with personal care, mobility, and activities, monitor residents, and collaborate with nursing leadership to ensure dignity, safety, and quality of life.

Qualifikationen

• Certified Nursing Assistant license, required
• Dementia/Memory care experience required
• Experience providing care or services to older adults preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• A compassionate, service-oriented approach to resident care
• The ability to work collaboratively with residents, families, and team members
• A commitment to supporting resident choice, dignity, and well-being
