Job summary

Paycom seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Columbia, SC to provide high-quality resident care, protect privacy, and maintain dignity while following facility standards. You will perform ADLs, monitor health, document care, assist with meals, and support safety and infection-control practices.

This role requires a state-approved CNA program completion, current certification, HS diploma, and strong communication skills; weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• State-approved CNA program completion with current certification required.
• Prior long-term care facility experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and ADLs per resident plans.
• Monitor vital signs, report changes, and document care.
• Assist with meals, hydration, and resident comfort.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and follow HIPAA guidelines.
• Attend trainings and other duties as needed.
