Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in the state of South Carolina.
• Prior experience in home care, long-term care, or a related healthcare setting preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and client-focused demeanor.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any changes in client condition to supervising staff.
• Provide mobility assistance, including transfers and ambulation support.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean home environment.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and their families.
• Document care provided and communicate updates to the care team accurately.
