Job summary

Relavix Health Group is seeking a reliable Maintenance Director Assistant for Careview Transitional Care of Weston in Wisconsin. This full-time role supports transportation of residents to appointments and activities, assists with vehicle upkeep, and collaborates with the nursing team to coordinate schedules.

Responsibilities include safely transporting residents, helping with mobility, and performing light maintenance duties.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a CLEAN driving record.
• Experience working with seniors or in healthcare preferred.
• CNA certification REQUIRED.
• Ability to assist residents with mobility and transfers when needed.
• Reliable, patient, and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport residents to medical appointments, dialysis, scheduled outings, etc.
• Assist residents with entering and exiting the vehicle safely
• Ensure residents are secure and comfortable during transport
• Maintain the cleanliness and basic upkeep of the facility vehicle
• Communicate with nursing staff regarding resident schedules and needs
• Follow all safety regulations and transportation procedures
• Assist with maintenance and plant operations
