Job summary

Lovington Healthcare is seeking a Transportation Coordinator to organize and execute resident transportation to medical appointments, under nursing supervision, ensuring timely and respectful service.

Responsibilities include planning driving routes, transporting residents to appointments, keeping the van clean and safe, and reporting changes to the clinical team. CNA certification preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Required valid driver's license for the state of application.
• CNA certification preferred but not required.
• BLS/CPR certification is required or preferred depending on state.

Responsibilities

• Organizes transportation of residents to appointments based on priority.
• Transports residents to inpatient/outpatient programs and other facilities.
• Develops driving schedules aligned with resident appointments and needs.
• Reports changes in resident status to clinical staff during/after transportation.
• Maintains vehicle safety, cleanliness, and logs mileage.
