Qualifications

• CA license in good standing required.
• Minimum 1 year of CNA experience.
• At least 6 months experience in a skilled nursing facility.
• Copy of PSV from licensing/verification body if required.
• Current required certifications (e.g., BLS, immunizations) and compliance documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs, bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting.
• Support mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
• Record vital signs and report changes to nursing staff.
• Assist with meals, feeding, and hydration as needed.
• Maintain patient safety, dignity, and privacy.
• Document care per facility policy and infection control procedures.
