Job summary

Medlinkhealth Anesthesia Associates in Wisconsin seeks a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to support residents in our care facility. The role requires attention to detail, accurate documentation, and strong communication to ensure resident well-being during the PM shift from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

We offer 40 hours weekly with every other weekend and holiday coverage. Active Wisconsin CNA and BLS certifications are required, with preference for 1+ year LTAC experience.

Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin CNA certification.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Less than one year of experience accepted.
• One or more years of related Long-Term Care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to resident call lights and address resident needs.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including toileting, transferring, bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Obtain and accurately document vital signs, weights, and other health measurements.
• Observe residents and promptly report changes in condition to the charge nurse.
• Follow facility policies and mandatory reporting guidelines regarding allegations of abuse, neglect, or misappropriation of property.
• Maintain resident safety, comfort, and quality of life.
