Job summary

Providence Valdez Medical Center is seeking a Restorative Nursing Assistant to support residents with restorative activities as outlined by the therapy team. You will work under ROM plans developed by Physical/Occupational Therapists and Speech-Language Pathologists.

The role is full-time, day shift, requiring Alaska CNA certification at hire and BLS within 30 days. A hiring bonus of up to $2,500 is available for eligible external hires.

Qualifications

• Coursework/Training - Successful completion of a state-approved nursing assistant course.
• Alaska Nursing Assistant Certification License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.

Hours: Full Time Day Shift

Required Qualifications

• Coursework/Training - Successful completion of a state-approved nursing assistant course.
• Alaska Nursing Assistant Certification License upon hire.
• Alaska Nursing Assistant Certification License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.

Preferred Qualifications

• 6 months - as a nurse aide, nursing assistant or private care giver.

Up to $2,500 hiring bonus for eligible full-time external hires that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
