Community HealthCare System in Kansas is seeking a Certified Nurse Aide to provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff, helping maintain a safe, compassionate environment. Qualifications

• Certified Nurse Aide in Kansas.
• Experience assisting with activities of daily living.
• Ability to document care and report changes to nurse.

Responsabilités

• Assists patients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, changing bed linens, and positioning in and out of bed, chair, monitoring I & O, rounding on patients to ensure safety.
• Assists with patients’ recreation programs.
• Prepares patients for meals and snacks, assists patient in eating where needed, and records food intake.
• Reads and follows daily care plans.
• Reports changes in patient condition to nurse in charge.
• Documents care provision on patient record/flow sheets as required and reports accidents and incidents.
• Provides nursing functions as directed by licensed nurse, supervisor or manager.
• Understands, complies with, and promotes all rules regarding patient rights.
• Promotes positive relationships with residents, visitors and government regulators, to include presenting a professional appearance and attitude.
• Assist in admission, transfer and discharge of residents.
