Silver Birch Living in Mishawaka, Indiana is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Clinical Team. You’ll provide kind, hands-on care and daily support to residents to help them feel comfortable, respected, and cared for.

This role emphasizes compassionate personal care, timely response to call lights, and accurate documentation of care in our electronic system. You’ll work with a warm team in a supportive community that values growth and excellent patient service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Current CNA license in good standing.
• Strong customer service skills and a caring attitude.
• Experience in healthcare or assisted living is helpful.

• Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and meals.
• Provide personal care with kindness, dignity, and respect.
• Respond to call lights and resident needs in a timely manner.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to the nurse or Wellness Team.
• Document care and services in the electronic system.
• Provide friendly, respectful customer service to residents, families, and team members.
