Job summary

Rainbow Community Care in Johnson Creek, WI is seeking dedicated CNAs to join our inpatient center on a flex time basis. You will assist with ambulation, transfers, grooming, meals, and provide emotional support while maintaining a clean, safe environment and following the plan of care.

Wisconsin CNA certification is required with a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance; 6 months CNA experience preferred, hospice experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid Wisconsin driver’s license and proof of car insurance.
• Current Wisconsin Nursing Assistant Certification.
• Minimum of 6 months CNA experience preferred.
• Hospice experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists with ambulation, transferring, and changing position.
• Assists with grooming, toileting, incontinence care, bathing, skin care, nail care, dressing, transferring and walking.
• Assists with preparing meals and assisting patients with eating and drinking.
• Gives emotional and psychological support to the patient/family.
• Maintains a clean, safe and comfortable environment; performs light housekeeping.
• Reads, understands, and follows the plan of care; maintains up-to-date patient records.
• Reports changes in patient condition according to Rainbow policies.
