ClearSky Health is seeking a Certified Nurses Aide (CNA) to provide direct bedside care under RN supervision in Eau Claire, WI. The role emphasizes patient comfort, safety, and adherence to infection prevention standards.

Required CNA certification and BLS, with 2 years of inpatient hospital experience preferred; high school diploma or GED accepted. Training and professional development are available within a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• State CNA certification is required and BLS certification is mandatory.
• Experience in inpatient hospital settings preferred, including rehab exposure.
• Familiarity with infection prevention and patient safety standards.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct, non-invasive bedside care: bathing, toileting, feeding, grooming.
• Take and document vital signs, intake/output, and weights.
• Assist transfers using proper body mechanics and safety.
• Report changes in patient condition to nursing staff promptly.
• Prepare unit and rooms for admissions; maintain clean, safe environment.
• Respond to patient and family calls; document appropriately.
• Adhere to infection prevention standards and confidentiality.
• Attend trainings and perform other duties as assigned.
