Job summary

Cura Health is seeking a CNA in Training to begin a rewarding career in patient and resident care within hospital and care settings. You will learn hands-on caregiving foundations, support residents with empathy, and contribute to daily tasks that keep the care team delivering dignified support.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, monitoring conditions, responding to calls, documenting care, and collaborating with the nursing team.

Qualifications

• Comfort working with elderly residents, memory care residents, family members, and the broader nursing care team
• Eligible to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living while preserving their dignity and independence
• Monitor residents' condition and promptly report changes to nursing staff
• Respond to call lights and resident requests safely and compassionately
• Accurately document care activities and communicate updates during shift handoffs
• Collaborate with nurses and the broader care team to support resident well-being
