Job summary

National Home Healthcare, Inc. is seeking caregivers to assist clients at home in Minnesota.

The role includes helping with hygiene, mobility, meal support, documentation, and companionship. A high school diploma and at least 6 months of caregiver experience are required, with a background check and reliable transportation expected. In-person work with flexible scheduling options is available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• At least 6 months of caregiver experience.
• Homecare experience preferred.
• Pass background check with MN Department of Health and Human Services.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to read, write and speak English adequately.
• Ability to lift 50–75 pounds and transfer individuals.
• Ability to respond to emergencies per procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum of a High School Diploma required

Minimum of 6 months experience as a Caregiver

Experience in an Homecare preferred

Ability to pass a background check with MN Department of Health and Human Services.

Reliable transportation to and from work.

Compassionate about the care and well-being of others.

Ability to read, write, and speak the English language adequately to respond to individual's needs.

Ability to see and hear to communicate effectively.

Ability to lift to 50-75 pounds, which includes transferring individuals.

Ability to respond to emergencies in accordance with procedures and guidelines.
