Homewatch CareGivers of Saint Cloud is seeking part-time In-Home Caregivers to enhance the quality of life for clients in their homes. Responsibilities include personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and providing companionship to maintain dignity, safety, and independence.

Join a supportive team with flexible scheduling, ongoing training, and opportunities for growth within home care services. Prior experience is valued but not required, and training is provided as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in home care or skilled nursing facility preferred but not required; training is available.
• Background screening including national and multi-jurisdictional checks, DMV check, and TB screening may be required.
• Willingness to travel to client homes within the service area.

Responsabilités

• Provide Personal Care Assistance: bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.

• Homemaking Services: Light housekeeping, meal preparation, laundry, and errands to maintain a safe and comfortable home environment.
• Companionship: Providing emotional support, engaging in meaningful conversation, and fostering a sense of connection and well-being.

Caregiver Requirements

To ensure the highest standard of care for our clients, we ask that applicants meet the following criteria:

• Willingness to Travel: Must be able to commute to client homes within the service area.
• Experience Preferred: Prior experience in home care or a skilled nursing facility is valued but not required—training is available.
• Background Screening: Must successfully pass a national and multi-jurisdictional background check, DMV check, and TB screening.
