Job summary

Zion’s Way Home Health Care- St George in Kanab, UT is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant for home health and hospice support. This part-time role involves assisting patients with daily living activities under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, promoting comfort and safety in the home setting.

Responsibilities include personal care, mobility assistance, vital signs, EMR documentation, and adhering to infection control policies.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in the State of Arizona.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.
• Current CPR certification or ability to obtain upon hire.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Provide assistance with mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the supervising nurse.
• Take and document vital signs as assigned.
• Assist with light housekeeping related to patient care.
• Travel to patient homes within the assigned service area.
