Job summary

HOME CARE SNE LLC is seeking an In-Home Caregiver to support clients in their homes, improving quality of life by aiding with daily activities and ensuring safety and comfort.

Requirements include caregiving experience, especially with seniors or disabilities, and strong interpersonal skills. This role offers part-time or full-time hours, with a pay rate of $21.00–$23.00 per hour and in-person work in the Falls River region.

Qualifications

• Experience in home health care, assisted living, or long-term care settings is preferred.
• Knowledge of first aid and CPR certification is desirable.
• Experience with memory care or dementia care is a plus.
• Strong observation, monitoring, and documentation skills are required.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and assist mobility is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
• Provide patient care including monitoring vital signs and administering medications as per care plans.
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with meal planning to meet dietary needs.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment with light housekeeping.
• Offer companionship and engage clients in social activities to promote mental well-being.
• Observe and report changes in client conditions to healthcare professionals.
• Support memory care including Alzheimer's or dementia care.
• Utilize equipment such as Hoyer lifts for safe patient transfers when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and client confidentiality.
