Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Assist residents with ADLs: bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, transfers, mobility, toileting.
• Maintain high room hygiene; ensure beds are made and trash removed.
• Serve meals on time and aid residents with feeding when needed.
• Take vital signs and report changes to the nurse.
• Practice infection prevention and comply with regulations.
• Document in CNA ECS flow-sheet accurately and promptly.
• Conduct routine rounds and ensure safety equipment is functional.
• Provide timely incontinent care and repositioning to prevent skin breakdown.
