Lansdowne Village seeks a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to deliver high-quality care in a senior living setting. The FT Mid Shift (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM) offers a $3,500 sign-on bonus for qualifying candidates, plus competitive pay based on experience and shift differential.

Qualifications

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to residents.
• Ability to follow policies and procedures and state/federal regulations.
• Strong teamwork and communication with interdisciplinary care team.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to residents safely and respectfully.
• Assess residents on admission and document changes in condition.
• Document observations and follow physician orders.
• Promote independence and dignity for residents.
• Maintain a clean, hazard-free environment and report equipment issues.
• Follow shift handoffs and communicate resident status to staff.
