Job summary

Smith Village's nursing team is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to assist residents with daily living activities, hygiene, and comfort. The role requires IDPH CNA certification, CPR, and solid computer skills to use the electronic medical records system.

Starting pay is $21 per hour with a $2,400 sign-on bonus paid in installments. PRN shifts available alongside full-time benefits including 401K, health, dental, vision, life insurance, and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• Must be IDPH Certified Nursing Assistant.
• CPR certification required.
• Proficient with computers and electronic medical records.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs and activities of daily living.
• Support hygiene, grooming, and comfort; promote well‑being.
• Document care and supplies in EMR; respond to call lights promptly.
