Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to residents in a safety-focused, patient-centered manner.
• Assess residents on admission and document condition changes.
• Interpret test results and respond to changes in resident status.
• Promote independence and comfort for residents.
• Communicate resident status to oncoming staff and document clearly.
• Follow physician orders and care plans, updating as needed.
