Qualifications

• Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Responsibilities

• Enhancing residents' quality of life and assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Promptly responding to resident call lights
• Preparing residents for therapy sessions, activities and appointments

• Documenting and charting care for each resident
• Protecting residents’ rights
• Adhering to policies and standards
