Job summary

Ann’s Choice by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents with daily living and person-centered care. CNAs will assist with activities of daily living, implement care plans, provide companionship, and coordinate with the clinical team to ensure timely care.

Various schedules are available, including PRN, part-time, and full-time shifts (7a-3p, 3p-11p, 11p-7a).

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year CNA/GNA experience preferred.
• Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working is required.
• Current CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supporting residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Assisting residents in activities of daily living.
• Implementing residents' personal care plans with focus on preferences and routines.
• Providing assistance with resident activities and programs.
• Collaborating with the clinical team to address residents' needs in a timely manner.
