Job summary

Ann’s Choice by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents with daily living and person-centered care in a Pennsylvanian continuing care community. The role offers flexible scheduling including PRN, part-time, and full-time shifts (7a-3p, 3p-11p, 11p-7a) with shift differentials and opportunities to grow into Med Tech roles.

Qualifications

• 1 year of CNA/GNA experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification preferred.
• Current CNA certification for the working state is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Support residents’ physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Implement residents’ personal care plans focused on preferences.
• Support resident activities and programs.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to address resident needs promptly.
