Ann’s Choice by Erickson Senior Living is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents with daily living and person-centered care. Various shifts are available, including PRN, part-time and full-time, with 8-hour shifts (7a-3p, 3p-11p, 11p-7a).

The role emphasizes compassionate care, collaboration with the clinical team, and opportunities for training and growth within a diverse, inclusive workplace. State regulations apply, and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year CNA/GNA experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification is preferred.
• Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsabilités

• Support residents in activities of daily living.
• Assist with residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Implement residents' personal care plans with focus on comfort and belonging.
• Provide assistance with resident activities and programs.
• Collaborate with clinical team to address residents' needs promptly.
