Job summary

Nurses and More Inc. is seeking a CNA II to provide direct care for special needs children at school in North Carolina. The role pays $23.00 per hour and requires tube feeding and/or catheter care experience and NC CNA II listing.

Hiring for the 2025-2026 school year. Candidates must have CPR certification (in-person) and be in good standing with the NC Nurse Aide Registry. Competitive benefits and weekly pay are offered.

Qualifications

• Must have six (6) months experience within a year or one (1) year experience within the last three years.
• Must be approved on the NC Board of Nursing Nurse Aide II Listing
• Must be Certified as CNAI in NC and listed on the NC Nurse Aide Registry in good standing
• CPR certification required (no online courses accepted)
• Tube feeding and/or catheterization experience required

Responsibilities

• Monitor vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse and respiration).
• Assist with monitoring student comfort and observe for any pain.
• Assist with Transfers.
• Provide G-Tube or Bolus feedings.
• Assist with Toileting, diaper changes, or Catheterization.
• Assist student with activities (hand over hand assistance).
• EMR Documentation.
