Job summary

Nurses and More Inc. in Charlotte, NC is seeking a CNA II (Nurse Aide II) to provide direct care for a child at home in Charlotte, NC 28277. The role runs Monday through Friday from 3PM to 8PM with a pay rate of $21 per hour.

Responsibilities include monitoring vital signs, assisting with transfers, G-tube feeding, toileting and documenting care. Requirements include NC CNA II certification, CPR, and six months to one year of recent CNA experience.

Qualifications

• Must have six months of experience within a year or one year in the last three years.
• Must be approved on the NC Board of Nursing Nurse Aide II Listing.
• Must be Certified as CNA I in NC and listed on the NC Nurse Aide Registry in good standing.
• Must be CPR certified (no online courses accepted).
• Must have G-tube/Bolus feeding experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse and respiration).
• Assist with monitoring student comfort and observe for pain.
• Assist with transfers.
• Provide G-Tube or Bolus feedings.
• Assist with toileting, diaper changes, or catheterization.
• Assist student with activities (hand over hand).
• Documentation.
