Carroll Lutheran Village Inc. in Westminster, MD is seeking a PRN CNA II/CMT to join our assisted living team.

The role offers flexible scheduling, supportive colleagues, meaningful resident interactions, and opportunities to provide compassionate care.

Qualificações

• 1 year of experience or more required.
• Must hold a current CNA II license.
• Must hold a current CMT license.
• Positive and professional attitude.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Experience in a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) is a plus.
• Ability to remain calm and patient with senior residents.
• Strong listening skills are essential.
• Willingness to adapt to changing assignments.
• Experience developing relationships with senior residents to increase comfort.
• Experience organizing social activities for senior residents is a plus.
• Current CPR Certification.

Responsabilidades

• Assist nursing staff with activities of daily living (ADLs) for senior residents: bathing, dressing, oral care.
• Perform vital signs at shift start and as directed.
• Complete required documentation in a timely manner.
• Ensure the safety of senior residents.
• Encourage residents to stay active and engaged.

Job Details: Job Location: CARROLL LUTHERAN VILLAGE INC - WESTMINSTER, MD 21158, Salary Range: $20.50 - $20.50 Hourly, Join Our Assisted Living Team at Carroll Lutheran Village as a PRN CNA II/CMT!

Job Duties:

• Assist nursing staff with completion of senior resident activities of daily living, bathing, dressing, oral care
• Perform vital signs on senior residents at beginning of each shift and as directed
• Complete required documentation in a timely manner
• Ensure the safety of our senior residents
• Assist with motivating senior residents to help keep them active and engaged

Qualifications: What You'll Need:

• 1-year experience or more is required
• Must hold a current certification and CNA II license
• Must hold a current certification and CMT license
• Must possess a positive and professional attitude
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
• Previous experience working in a CCRC environment is a plus
• Ability to remain calm and patient when dealing with senior residents
• Ability to listen attentively is essential
• A willingness to navigate changes in assignments
• Previous experience developing relationships and interacting with senior residents to increase their comfort level
• Prior knowledge organizing social activities for senior residents is a plus
• Current CPR Certification
