Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD, is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA I/GNAs) for long-term care with day and night 12-hour shifts. You will work under RNs to support residents’ comfort, dignity, and independence, performing ADLs and vital sign checks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Maryland CNA I Certification (GNA history).
• AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Annual nursing skills competencies completed.

Responsabilités

• As a CNA I/GNA, provide direct patient care under the supervision of the Registered Nurse.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Obtain and document vital signs and report changes in condition.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning using Hoyer lifts and equipment as needed.
• Support safety and infection prevention practices and document in EMR.
• Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary care team.
