Job summary

Holly Hill Healthcare Center in Towson, Maryland, is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA-I) to join our nursing team and provide resident-centered care across skilled nursing, long-term care, rehabilitation, and memory care services.

As a CNA-I, you will support residents with ADLs, monitor vital signs, document changes, and collaborate with licensed staff to promote dignity, comfort, safety, and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland CNA-I certification in good standing.
• Former GNA certification qualifies for this role.
• CPR certification preferred or required per policy.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced interdisciplinary healthcare environment.
• New CNA-Is are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care while preserving dignity and independence.
• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and mobility.
• Assist with transfers, ROM, and restorative activities per individualized care plans.
• Observe and report changes to licensed nursing staff promptly.
• Measure and record vital signs, weights, intake/output, and other observations.
• Maintain accurate documentation per policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain a safe, clean and comfortable environment for residents and staff.
• Follow infection prevention, safety, and quality assurance procedures.
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain resident confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Perform other duties within CNA-I scope as assigned.
