Job summary

MercyOne Health System in Iowa is seeking a CNA-Hospice Aide to provide compassionate personal care and support for patients in a hospice setting. Tasks include assisting with ADLs, exercises, meal preparation, and environmental care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.

Qualifications

• CNA Certification/75-hour nurse aide training required.
• Direct Care Worker Registry acceptance in Iowa or Illinois with second state within 6 months of hire.
• Must have Driver's License; auto insurance minimums required.

• Actively participate in quality monitoring and performance improvement activities.
