Job summary

The Pennant Group is hiring a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide high-quality personal care for patients receiving home health and hospice services in Kanab, UT. This part-time role supports daily living activities under a supervising registered nurse, promoting comfort, safety, and dignity in the home setting.

Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, mobility, vital signs, documentation in the EMR, and travel to patient homes within the service area.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in the State of Arizona.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• CPR certification or ability to obtain upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting).
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
• Monitor and report changes to supervising nurse; take vital signs as assigned.
• Perform light housekeeping related to patient care and maintain EMR documentation.
• Travel to patient homes within assigned service area.
