Qualifications

• Must hold current AZ CNA license.
• Home health or hospice CNA experience preferred.
• Ability to safely transfer patients between surfaces.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and time management.
• Valid AZ driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care such as grooming and bathing for patients with limited mobility.
• Assist patients with eating and monitor vital signs.
• Report notable patient behaviors to the medical team.
• Aid patient mobility, including transfers between wheelchairs and beds.
• Reposition patients to prevent bedsores and improve comfort.
