Altra Home Health is seeking caring CNAs and HHAs to provide essential personal care in patients' homes, promoting comfort, safety, and independence. You will assist with activities of daily living, monitor conditions, and document care while following care protocols.

Qualities include reliability, ability to read instructions, CPR certification, and a willingness to comply with state and federal training requirements. Competitive weekly pay and flexible scheduling are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance required.
• Current CPR certification.
• Preferred: at least 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Ability to read, follow written instructions, and accurately document care provided.

Responsabilités

• Assist with patient laundry and light housekeeping.
• Provide reminders for medications and monitor patient safety.
• Report significant changes in patient condition to supervisor.
• Prepare light meals and assist with feeding when required.
• Document care provided accurately and thoroughly.
• Assist with bathing and range of motion exercises.
• Provide companionship through reading or letter-writing.
