Altra Home Health is seeking caring and dependable CNAs and HHAs to join our team. In this role, you'll provide essential personal care that supports daily needs, comfort, and well-being for our patients in their own homes.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient laundry.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Ensure patient safety at all times.
• Report changes in patient condition to supervisor.
• Prepare light meals and assist with feeding.
• Monitor patient temperature.
• Support ambulation and ROM exercises.
• Document care and follow care protocols.
• Uphold privacy and infection control guidelines.
• Assistance with bathing and light housekeeping.
• Provide companionship including reading and letter-writing.
