Altra Home Health is seeking caring CNAs and HHAs to provide essential personal care for patients in their own homes. Join a team focused on patient comfort, safety, and independence.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily activities, medication reminders, feeding, bathing, ROM exercises, and accurate care documentation. We offer comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage, weekly pay, overtime, holiday pay, flexible schedules, and Direct Deposit.

Qualifications

Ability to read, follow written instructions and accurately document care provided.
Compassionate, patient-focused approach to caregiving.
Valid driver's license and auto insurance required.
CPR certification preferred; willingness to complete state/federal trainings.

Responsibilities

Assist with patient daily living activities (bathing, dressing, feeding).
Provide medication reminders and monitor patient condition.
Report significant changes to supervisor and document care.
Support patient safety during ambulation and ROM exercises.
Maintain infection control and privacy policies; document care thoroughly.
